Former Ethiopian international midfielder with 45 caps for the national team. Bekele founded Eagles FC Academy in 2012 after retiring from professional football. He trained under top European coaches in Germany and holds a UEFA B license. Named Ethiopia's Best Academy Coach in 2022 and 2023 by the Ethiopian Football Federation.

Girma spent 8 years playing professionally in the Ethiopian Premier League before transitioning to coaching. Specializing in tactical organization and defensive systems, he has been instrumental in Eagles' run of regional championship victories. Known for his attention to detail and player relationship building.

Former professional goalkeeper who played 10 seasons in the Ethiopian top flight. Mulugeta holds a specialist Goalkeeper Coaching qualification from the CAF-affiliated training program. His technical sessions are renowned for producing exceptionally skilled goalkeepers, including three current national team candidates.

Tesfaye is the driving force behind the Eagles U18 Elite program. His intense, high-tempo training sessions are modeled on Premier League academy standards. Under his guidance, Eagles U18 has won three consecutive regional championships and produced five national team players.

Dawit has a gift for working with early-teen players — the critical age of tactical awakening. His U15 groups are known for their disciplined positional play and high technical quality. He is a graduate of the Ethiopian Football Federation's Elite Coach Development Program.

Kebede specialises in grassroots coaching methodology, making training fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate for the youngest Eagles. His creative session designs ensure children fall in love with football first, while naturally developing coordination, social skills, and basic technique.

Abiy holds a BSc in Sports Science from Jimma University and a certificate in Football Strength & Conditioning from the NSCA. He manages all physical training loads, GPS data, injury prevention protocols, and nutrition planning. His work has dramatically reduced training injuries across all squads.

Dr. Tigist is the first dedicated sports psychologist at an Ethiopian youth football academy. She works with all squads on mental resilience, concentration, leadership, goal-setting, and managing pressure. Her work has been a key factor in Eagles' consistent high performance in finals and tournaments.

Samuel manages all video analysis operations at Eagles FC. Every U18 and Senior session is filmed, tagged, and reviewed within 24 hours. He produces individual player reports, opponent analysis presentations, and weekly team performance summaries that inform all coaching decisions.
